The Clarity, Courage, Truth, Power workshop is about exploring and igniting qualities that allow us to live wildly creative and courageous lives. In a series of lectures about trusting your clarity, engaging your longings, seeking enlightenment, and harnessing your power.

Itinerary for the day (ticket includes access to all parts of the Immersion):

8a-9a - OPTIONAL MORNING YOGA SESSION
The Greatest Place

Discover how the elements without are also the elements within us. Through an enlivening vinyasa practice and inspiring insights from Ayurveda, we will explore the nature of flow in ourselves and in all our relationships.

Our focus: to become unstuck from old habit patterns and open up pathways to embody new ways of being. Feel a release from stress and negative emotions and learn how finding presence in resonant, vital, harmonious movement can allow us to move into a place of happiness, light and bliss.

To join this class, please bring one element from NATURE for our Community Nature Mandala. It can be a leaf, a fallen flower, a rock, a shell etc.

9:30a-11:45a - CHERYL STRAYED MORNING SESSION
The Speakeasy

Spend your first morning at Wanderlust exploring and igniting the qualities that allow us to live wildly creative and courageous lives. Join NYT Best-selling author, Cheryl Strayed, as she shares stories about her own life as well as insights gained from helping others in her work as Dear Sugar.

Each lecture will be followed by a writing exercise aimed at illumination, revelation, inspiration and action. Participants will be invited to explore and share their deepest desires and dreams—whether they be creative, personal, or professional—and to map out authentic paths toward fulfilling them. Bring: a journal and an open mind.

11:45a-1p - LUNCH BREAK

1p-2p - OPTIONAL MUSICAL MEDITATION
The Haven

Join Garth Stevenson, with his double bass and love of music, for a midday meditation at the Haven, then return to the Speakeasy for the afternoon lecture session.

2:15p-4:45p - CHERYL STRAYED AFTERNOON SESSION
The Speakeasy

Go deeper with Cheryl Strayed, continuing the work done in the morning session.
