An athletic and targeted conditioning workout that will challenge you in 60 minutes. A dynamic warm-up with start the session off followed by a sequence of bodyweight circuits to challenge you and make you sweat. Expect a total body blast of plyometrics, pulses and holds - all in the name of a good burn! Class will finish with functional core work.

Class time devoted to lecture: 10 minutes
